EVENTS CALENDAR (December 1, 2021)
Add a New Event
- Select Event Calendar from the Navigation Menu on the left.
- Click on Add Event at the top of the calendar.
- Add the title of the event.
- Enter the Start Date and Time.
- Enter the End Date and Time.
- Or Select the “all-day” option.
- ‘Repeat’ is an available option, for a recurring meeting.
- Add a description including applicable information: Overview of event, phone number, Webinar infomration, Location, Contact information, Other key infomation.
- Invite collaboration members individually or choose ‘Invite All Users from Current Site’.
- Add Reminders, Categorization and Related Assets if desired.
- Click Publish.
- You will receive a SUCCESS notification.
Export an Event to Outlook
- Click on the event from the Calendar view.
- Click on Export Event at the bottom.
- Save and close your calendar invite.
