EVENTS CALENDAR (December 1, 2021)

 

Add a New Event 

  1. Select Event Calendar from the Navigation Menu on the left.
  2. Click on Add Event at the top of the calendar.
  3. Add the title of the event.
  4. Enter the Start Date and Time.
  5. Enter the End Date and Time.
  6. Or Select the “all-day” option.
  7. ‘Repeat’ is an available option, for a recurring meeting.
  8. Add a description including applicable information:  Overview of event, phone number, Webinar infomration, Location, Contact information, Other key infomation.
  9. Invite collaboration members individually or choose ‘Invite All Users from Current Site’.
  10. Add Reminders, Categorization and Related Assets if desired.
  11. Click Publish.
  12. You will receive a SUCCESS notification.

 

Export an Event to Outlook 

  1. Click on the event from the Calendar view.
  2. Click on Export Event at the bottom.
  3. Save and close your calendar invite.
