The Collaboration Portal has moved to Single Sign-On!
As of 4/19/2024, users will be signing into The Collaboration Portal using single sign-on (SSO) instead of manually logging in with your User ID and password. Switching to SSO will streamline and simplify the application sign-in experience, while also improving security. Please see additional information below.
How To Login
BCBSA usersUpon clicking the login button above, BCBSA users will have Single Sign-On (SSO) access to The Collaboration Portal. If prompted to sign in, you will use your network ID@bcbsa.com and password.
Plan employees- Click the LOGIN button above.
- Enter your email address associated with your BlueWeb account, and then select Next.
- If your organization has enabled SSO, you may be prompted by your organization to authenticate.
- If your organization has not enabled SSO:
- You will be prompted to enter your BlueWeb password.
- If this is the first time you are logging in from this browser on this device, you are prompted to enter a Multifactor Authentication – or MFA – code.
- Open the email account associated with your BlueWeb account, open the email message, and note the verification code.
- Enter the verification code. If desired, check Do not challenge me on this device again. Then select Verify.
